James L. Sabri
James L. SabriPartner
James is the founding director of JLS Partners. His 40 years of experience is testament to his passion, focus and determination for everything financial and taxation. He has shaped the practice into an effective team of highly skilled accounting and taxation specialists.

James has many strengths; he is a trusted advisor and guides his clients through the difficult tasks of succession and estate planning. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts, a registered Tax Agent and is a qualified Superannuation Fund Auditor.

His outside interests include; AFL Football, Rock and Roll dancing and Family.

Rohan J. Sabri
Rohan J. SabriPartner
Rohan Sabri has over 15 years of experience working alongside James in their family firm. He brings extensive experience in providing assistance to private family businesses and investors and specialises in the needs of entrepreneurial clients. He enjoys building and maintaining client relationships, providing them with the best practical solutions to assist in their growth and prosperity.

Rohan prides himself in caring and planning for the wealth management and financial growth of his clients in preparation for their retirement years. He is a member of the Certified Practising Accountants (CPA).

His outside interests include; Travelling, Motor Racing, Snow Skiing and Socialising with friends and family.

David Bell
David BellSpecialist Consultant
David applies a structured and analytical approach to providing the best outcomes to business issues. His forte is solving complex issues for our clients, involving team members to create a mutual environment of trust and confidence to obtain the best possible result. He greatly values the mutual trust he has established with his clients, and other team members.

David has been a member of our team since 2007 and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

His outside interests include; Fishing, Camping and time spent with Family.

Emma brings to our practice over 14 years of experience including 7 years working in second tier accounting firms in taxation and business accounting to both small and medium enterprises. With her strength in problem solving and rigorous attention to detail Emma enjoys building and maintaining client relationships and providing them with the best practical solutions to assist in their growth and prosperity.

Emma is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Her outside interests include; Exercise, Snow Skiing, Renovating and Spending quiet weekends at home.

Jeannie YapSenior Accountant
Jeannie derives great satisfaction from bringing peace of mind to her clients by removing the burden and anxiety of compliance and the everyday running of a business. Her personal approach in taking the time to understand her client’s cash flow needs and their business and personal aspirations is second to none.

Jeannie has been a valued member of our team for over 10 years and is a member of the Certified Practising Accountants (CPA).

Her outside interests include; Socialising, Family, her cats and Long holidays.

Cynthia Papaluca
Cynthia PapalucaAccountant
Cynthia is a goal driven individual and enjoys the challenges of solving client’s problems. She is structured in her approach and shows attention to detail and always strives to reach the best possible outcomes for her clients. Cynthia is respected for her straightforwardness in her dealings with clients and colleagues alike.

She works tirelessly to schedule to ensure her clients work is performed in a timely manner and that all deadline are met. Cynthia has held a Bachelor of Business – Accounting degree since 2003.

Her outside interests include; Spending time with her children and family and Travel.

Isabella Pickens
Isabella PickensBookkeeper/Accountants Assistant
Isabella has 10 years of experience working in an Accounting firm and brings with her the many experiences and skills acquired from being a business owner in the hospitality area for 11 years.

She also has great expertise in computerised accounting software applications including Xero, MYOB, Handisoft, Banklink and Microsoft Excel and can assist clients in establishing systems and processes. Isabella processes qualities including; meticulous attention to detail, excellent client communication skills and works fastidiously within deadlines that ensure our clients receive the best of service under her care.

Her outside interests include; her grandchildren, Family, Shopping, Travel and Motor Sport.

Linda Grollo-Sabri
Linda Grollo-SabriCorporate Administrator
Linda has been a part of the team since 2002 and brings many strengths to our team including great organisational skills required to co-ordinate the upkeep of all our client company registers and records. She prides herself in keeping up to date with all Corporate regulations set out by ASIC and keeping our clients abreast of all relevant changes.

She also provides many clients with monthly bookkeeping and quarterly BAS services through her vast knowledge of the Xero accounting package.

Her outside interests include; her daughters dancing, Theatre and Socialising.

Rachael Walker
Rachael WalkerReceptionist/Client Services Co-Ordinator
Rachael is a valued member of our team whom greets and attends to all our client’s initial and ongoing needs with both courtesy and professionalism. She embraces her role as Client Services Co-Ordinator and ensures that communications between clients and accountants is seamless.

Rachael has developed mutual trust and respect from both team members and clients alike with her “get the job done” attitude.

Her outside interests include; Travel, Cooking, Shoes, Socialising with Family & Friends and spending time outdoors.
